"We purchased AER Control Systems' four stage filtration VMWH-3000 to replace our existing electrostatic precipitation units. There are too many problems with the electrostatic precipitators: Both the (ESP) stage and the impinger stage would quickly become loaded with mist and oil. Once this happened the system would blow smoke and mist into the shop, creating a dirty and unpleasant work environment. This would force us to stop and manually clean these units. Over time the constant maintenance would frustrate the shop employees and they just quit trying to keep them clean.
