AER Fiber Bed Mist Eliminator

NEW HAVEN, CT; JAN. 2006 — AER Controls Systems' Fiber Bed Mist Eliminator is a continuous duty collector that can effectively control mist and smoke from various manufacturing processes — even the toughest applications that generate submicron particles like atomized mist.

Fiber Bed Mist Eliminators are designed to be 99.5% efficient for oil mist and smoke, and with a HEPA filter added, the unit is 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns. For particles greater than 3 microns these filters are 100% efficient.

The Fiber Bed Mist Eliminator can be used on a variety of applications including cold heading, electrical discharge machines, hot forging, and parts washers. The unit exceeds OSHA standards, being able to comply even when OSHA updates the standards.

The Fiber Bed Mist Eliminator comes in many airflows and sizes. The unit incorporates a "true" fiber bed candle filter. The main filter has a guarantee for 5 years. A HEPA Filter is offered as an option but is generally not required as the fiber bed filter is 99.5% efficient on particles less than 3 microns.
